Music Players Q&A
Apple iPod Touch warranty?!?
I am thinking of buying the 16GB iPod Touch from Bestbuy, however I don't know if I need to buy the 3 year product replacement plan for 60 bucks. So 1, is it worth it? And 2, will it already come near a 1 Year manufacturers warranty from Apple? And if so what is the difference between the 2 except the length. Thanks

Apple IPOD Touch?
Is there any difference between the 8gb and 16 gb Ipod Touch besides the memory amount? How do you report to if you're getting an Ipod Touch with the most recent updates? Are the jail-broken ipod touches any better since they have more applications?

How to Start Recording Music at Home
It’s perfectly possible to make very high quality recordings at home with today’s computer technology. However, you will need to spend a fair bit of money on software, and hardware (such as high quality microphones and soundcards) in order to achieve this. BUT DON’T WORRY! It is entirely possible to make recordings at home that are very respectable in quality whilst spending only a relatively small amount of money! Even better news…it’s all pretty easy to do!
I like to think of my home recording set-up like an artist’s sketchbook. It’s somewhere to play around with my ideas, record a few vocal takes, put down a basic bass line, some simple drums and maybe a guitar track behind it. It’s then that the magic really starts. On pretty much all music software you can just copy and paste individual parts (or whole sections) around, just like you would do in a word processor. This makes it really easy to swap verses around, try a new drum beat on a different section…anything you can think of really.
Home studio software usually has a good selection of instruments built in, so you can add piano, strings, brass, synth and many more sounds to your songs. If you’re an accomplished keyboard player you can play all these different parts in via a (music) keyboard. If not, you can just play the notes in on screen (and you can change them really easily if you play a wrong note).
How to Get Cheap Movies, Video Games, and Music
If your favorite hobby is playing video games, than we have something in common. We are frustrated. We are frustrated because our favorite video games are too expensive. We are going online and spending hours to find how we can get our games of desire cheaper. We have been trying to get used games, but this is not possible if that game is new. So we have to wait for it, but that tears us apart because we are so impatient and want to start playing as soon as possible.
But the same situation is happening when we want our favorite music, and movies. It is just too expensive to satisfy our needs and passions. Entertainment is just too expensive for us. You have to pay about 30 bucks for new movies and about 60 to 70 bucks for video games for each movie or game you want to buy. So if there are three games that you want you have to pay about 200 bucks. That is a lot of money for three games.

iPhone Music Apps
The iPhone application revolution has become the face of new technology in many more ways than one. Whenever a new invention is released, it is often followed by many smaller 'spin-off' ideas, which accumulate into other new useful releases as well. Most of the time, combining a pre-existing technology to the new invention does the trick.
In this case, the Apple iPhone is the new technology and the other is music. Apple created an amazing phone, a phone that many feel is ahead of its time. The top mobile phones don't even come close to what the iPhone is capable of. Google has recently released the G1, their answer to the iPhone. Sadly, it is not match. Google has even opened an app development market similar to Apple, but it will not prove to be as successful.Cell phones have been around for well over a decade and music for eons. But put them both together and you have an invention that is undeniably a trademark of the 21st century.
Combine cell phones with music and the internet and you've struck gold! This combination is widely being used in ways never before seen. But the iPhone now takes this even one step further. Today, artists can use the iPhone for promoting their music as well as their music videos. But it doesn't stop there, Artists can not only generate revenue from the sale of a song, but they can create an app that showcases unique content about their music. Dedicated music lovers would purchase the app just because they love the artist so much. And that's something that has never been done before in history.
